Who are the Buc Backers?
The Buc Backer Foundation is an organization of parent volunteers and the main fundraising
source for the school. We are the PTO (parent teacher organization), VPA (visual performing
arts) parent group, Booster Club (athletics support) and Education Foundation rolled into one
organization. We support all students as well as staff and faculty at RBRHS.
What do the Buc Backers do?
With the monies raised through our fundraising efforts, we are able to provide grants and
scholarships to support academic, athletic and artistic success here at RBRHS. Proudly
this past year a few of our achievements include providing freshman t-shirts, five $1000
scholarships to graduating seniors, senior RBR blanket gift, teacher appreciation lunch
and sponsorship of the boys 2020-2021 swim team state championship jackets. The
VPA program received two Amazon Fire tablets & twenty-five ties for choir. For the
2021-2022 school year, we are awarding over $18,000 in teacher grants which directly
impact and improve our children’s experience at RBRHS.

- 30 copies of Lessons on the Game of Life for an English class
- Baby Simulators for Early Childhood/Child Development class
- Dedicated Aircraft Flight Simulator with virtual reality for Engineering
- Forensic Science–virtual lab series (blood splatter analysis, pollen/spore lab, hair analysis, fiber analysis, glass analysis, document analysis, fingerprint analysis, and ballistics lab)
- The Technology Student Association State and National STEM Competitions
- Trout in Classroom NJ Fish and Wildlife aquaculture program
- Future Business Leaders of America State Leadership Conference
